"The weekend format let me keep my day job while building franchise knowledge. Took me nine months but I learned at a pace that actually stuck."
"I switched between evening sessions and self-paced modules depending on work travel. Having that flexibility meant I could actually finish instead of dropping out."
"The mentor check-ins kept me accountable during self-paced study. Having someone review my work every two weeks made a real difference in understanding the material."
How People Actually Progress Through the Program
We analyzed completion patterns from our 2024 cohorts to understand what works. Most participants don't follow a perfectly linear path, and that's fine. Here's what typical progression looks like across different learning formats.
Foundation Phase
Participants start with franchise fundamentals regardless of learning format. Evening track students attend 16 hours of instruction. Weekend track covers the same content in four Saturday sessions. Self-paced learners typically spend 6-8 weeks here with two mentor meetings.
Core Development
This is where format differences matter most. Evening students work through operations, territory planning, and financial management in structured weekly sessions. Weekend participants tackle intensive modules with hands-on exercises. Self-paced learners progress based on their schedule but need to complete at least one module per month to stay on track.
Integration Phase
Final modules connect everything learned. All formats include a practical project applying franchise concepts to real scenarios. Evening track completes this through group work. Weekend participants do intensive case analysis. Self-paced students work individually with mentor guidance. Completion timing varies but most finish within this window.
